 No one likes to be put on hold and wait to call in a prescription refill order! Clients may now email their refill requests (rxrefills @ baybeachvets.com -no spaces-). Emails received by the closing of each business day will be ready by noon the following day.
The following information is REQUIRED in your request:
1) Full name of the pet owner (make sure it is the name that is in our medical record)
2) Full name of the pet
3) Name of the medication you are requesting
4) Amount of the medication (ex. number of tablets)
5) Phone number and/or email where you may be contacted if necessary
Your pet's medical record will be reviewed for approval of your request prior to completion of the order. If there are questions or concerns, you will be contacted. So please check your email and/or voicemail prior to coming to the office to pick up your order!
